TTF is included in the following international associations of similar institutions:
- AUTEX - Association of Textile Universities gathers 33 European universities. University of Zagreb Faculty of Textile Technology is a founding member of AUTEX. TTF is active participant at AUTEX members meetings, organizing conferences (TTF organized 12th World AUTEX Textile Conference in 2012 in Zadar), organizing the graduate study of E-TEAM, project application etc. http://autex.ugent.be/. This membership is very important because in that way TTF is included in EURATEX http://www.euratex.eu/ activities related to European framework programmes, and in European technological platform for future of textiles. http://www.textile-platform.org/
- DAAAM International - The Danube Adria Association for Automation & Mannufacturing. TTF is a member of DAAAM and one of the founders DAAAM International Network for Advanced Technologies, participant DAAAM conferences, initiator and honourable member in forming of textile technology section in DAAAM meeting. For longtime work and significant scientific contribution our Faculty is received the highest award, DAAAM International Gold Medal in 2001. http://daaam.info/
- The Textile Institute, Manchester in 1995 carried out the process of verification and accreditation of our study plans and programs. Therefore, TTF diplomas are recognized in Europe, the Commonwealth and the United States. http://www.texi.org/
- IFKT - International Federation of Knitting Technologists, of which we are a member of since 2000. As active member we have organized 14th IFKT congress in Zagreb in 2002. We participated in the meetings: 2010 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, 2012 in Sinaia, Romania and 2014 in Izmir, Turkey. http://www.knittingfed.com/
- SDC - The Society of Dyers and Colourists, Bradford, UK. TTF is in patron status, and such membership enables TTF students to be included in the Book of CV’s that SDC sent to companies and institutions in Europe as a recommendation for employment. http://www.sdc.org.uk/
- AATCC - American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists, Raleigh, NC, USA.
- AIC - International Colour Association. TTF was initially an observer, and the founding of the Croatian Color Society in 2013 at TTF we have become a full member of the international association.
- ICTC - International Technical Comittee for Textile Care. The Faculty is a member since 2005 and actively participates in the work of the Committee, mainly on textile care issues. FP7 project was initited withinn ICTC membership and collaboration.
